Conference & AGM 2021 – today!

It’s here at last! Our 2021 Conference and AGM takes place today, via Zoom.
 
We’re delighted to welcome a fantastic line up of guest speakers, along with the Polio Survivors Ireland Annual General Meeting.
 

Everything kicks off at 1:30pm with the meeting opening for a 2pm sharp start. Links have been emailed to all those who’ve registered.
 
Huge thanks to bonkers.ie, Age & Opportunity, National Advocacy Service and Patient Advocacy Service and the ICGP who will all speak today.

Contact forms When you submit to our contact form we collect your name, e-mail and any other information you provide us with. We collect this information to allow us to process your request. Polio Register form When you submit to our Polio Register form we collect your name, address, dob, telephone, Email & gender. We gather this information for statistical purposes only.
