Polio survivor Maureen took her mechanical walking Susie doll to the barn, which she had received as a child when suffering from polio. Now 70 years later and living with the effects of Post Polio Syndrome, Maureen looks to get the doll repaired.
It promises to be an especially moving episode and an excellent opportunity, on both sides of the water, to have more awareness in the media of the challenges of living with Polio and the effects of PPS.
