After some covid and postal related delays to our member’s draw, we were finally able to hold the Winter Survivor Sweepstakes Draw Thursday 22nd January 2021. Normally the winter draw takes place just before the office closes for Christmas, but as many of you would be aware, the logistics of staff working mostly from home, along with the pressure on the postal system over the Christmas period, meant having to postpone to give members a timely opportunity to enter.
Thank you to everyone who supported this draw. We are always grateful to our members and friends for entering, plus sending donations, or requesting extra tickets. This year especially, with the pandemic causing many challenges for people financially and even in getting out and about to be able to safely return entries to us.
Without further ado, here are the results. The numbers drawn were 17, 21, 23, 24. There were however no match 4 winners. As promised, we put all entries back into the ‘hat’ and ran a second draw for the €1,000 and we are delighted to announce that John O’Donnell has won! Congratulations John!
We had three lucky dip prizes of €50 each and these go to Michael Donovan, Terry Faul and Pauline Howard – well done to you all.
