The easing of restrictions is a great relief to many after a long period of worry. However, we should remember that it can be deeply unnerving for people, especially anyone with disabilities and those that are immunocompromised and vulnerable.
We recommend exercising caution and keeping to the basic guidelines (hand washing, mask wearing in crowds and social distancing) if you are concerned at any time.
Do what feels right for you and your health, while also enjoying the beginning of freedom at long last.
