Miriam Kavanagh

Miriam is a Chartered Management Accountant and works for the HSE. Previously, Miriam worked for the Approved Housing Bodies regulatory Authority and as a Forensic Accountant with a number of law enforcement agencies. Miriam has a BSC in Information Technology, is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and has a Diploma in Forensic Accounting with Chartered Accountants Ireland. Miriam has also completed a professional diploma in Corporate Governance through the Michael Smurfit School, UCD which has provided her with extensive knowledge of the Codes of Corporate Governance and other codes across different sectors.

Miriam was appointed to the Board as a Board Nominated Director in 2019 and currently serves as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance & Audit Sub-Committee of the Board.
